Warren Dumpster Rental Guys provides temporary roll-off dumpster rental services in Warren, MI and surrounding communities. Specific rental terms — including pricing, rental period, weight allowance, and delivery details — are agreed upon at the time of booking. A quote provided by phone or email is an estimate based on the information you provide and is subject to confirmation.
Certain materials may not be placed in our dumpsters, including but not limited to hazardous waste, wet paint, solvents, oils, chemicals, asbestos, tires, batteries, appliances containing refrigerant, electronics, and other items prohibited by law or landfill regulations. You are responsible for ensuring only permitted materials are placed in the container. Additional fees or liability may result from prohibited materials, contamination, or a rejected load.
Each rental includes a specified weight allowance. Loads exceeding this allowance may incur additional per-ton charges. Debris must be level with the top of the container; overfilled containers cannot be legally hauled and may require redistribution before pickup.
You are responsible for ensuring a suitable, accessible location for placement and for any necessary permissions or permits where the container is placed on public property. While we take care in placing containers, you acknowledge that placement of a heavy container may carry some risk to surfaces such as driveways, and we are not liable for ordinary wear or damage except in cases of our negligence. Driveway protection is available on request.
The standard rental period and applicable fees are communicated at booking. Extended rental periods, swap-outs, and additional services may incur additional charges. Payment terms are as agreed at the time of service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Warren Dumpster Rental Guys is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific rental giving rise to the claim.
